What are the delivery options?

We offer several delivery options to best meet your needs. We collaborate with Colissimo, Chronopost Express, and Mondial Relay to provide you with flexible choices based on your location, delivery preferences, and the desired speed to receive your order.

What are the delivery times?

Following order confirmation, the usual delivery times are as follows:


Standard: for metropolitan France, 3 to 5 working days; other countries, 5 to 7 working days

Express: for metropolitan France, 1 to 2 working days; other countries, 3 to 5 days


It is expressly stated that the delivery time and the amount of delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery territory of the products, which the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts.


Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Until how much time is it possible to return a product?

In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, customers in metropolitan France have a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products for a refund.

How to request a product return?

To submit a withdrawal request, the customer must contact the company 66°30 (via email or phone) providing the order number and the reference of the Products as mentioned on the invoice. The Products must be returned to 66°30 in perfect resale condition, unused, and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions...) duly sealed. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.


The Customer must place the new product in suitable packaging, affix the return label, and drop it off at a Post Office. The Customer must include with the return a copy of the invoice or any other document allowing the identification of the corresponding order and its holder. The return of the Product is made at the risk and expense of the Customer. If the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during the return, 66°30 reserves the right to refuse the refund of the returned product(s).

Only the Customer identified as such with DAO can exercise this right, to the exclusion of any other person (including the recipient of the delivery).

Which payment methods do you accept?

To settle their order, the customer has the following payment methods: credit card, Paypal, 66°30 gift cards. The accepted credit cards on the site are as follows: Carte Bleue, Visa, and MasterCard.

Is the payment secure?

Payments are processed through the secure Cyberplus system (BRED bank – Banque Populaire).
